| Nothing surprises me at this club anymore. We are a circus. Having heard what Musgrove had done it's no wonder he has been sacked. This is a bloke who had numerous convictions for assault before we signed him, yet we still proceeded to sign him, do we ever learn?
I can't believe there has been no club statement yet to ease fans fears over the incident. I was told about this incident on Monday yet here we are five days later and absolute silence from the club.
I thought I'd list some of the dud signings we've made over the last few years:-
Greg Inglis, Alfie Johnson, Peter Mata'utia, Ben Pomeroy, Anthony Gelling, Chris Sandow, Tyrone Roberts, Zane Musgrove, Brad Dwyer, Leilani Latu, Kyle Amor, Dan Russell, Luther Burrell, Billy Magoulias, Josh McGuire, Roy Asotasi, Lama Tasi, Welsey Bruines, Oliver Holmes, Greg Minikin, Gil Dudson, Mitch Brown, Bodene Thompson, Samy Kibula, Keanan Brand, Gary Wheeler, Ryan Bailey, Matty Blythe, Matty Smith, Mitchell Dodds, Dom Crosby, Rob Butler, Sam Kasiano.
There's probably more I've missed.

The conundrum, as I see it, is, do we jump for McDonald and use a significant sum when we expect Williams to leave, do we use it for a Williams replacement, or do we go for a big forward bearing in mind the club has stated no big boppers.
I understand the club is unsure if Hayes will make it after the setbacks he has had. Given the current situation, the available money and the immediate need for next year is all around the Stand Off spot
The McDonald recruitment would only initially be to the end of this season, but he hasn`t played at all for Salford this season owing to the Salary Cap limitations imposed on them. He did play for Oldham in the Championship but then moved back home and there must be a question mark about his fitness if he hasn`t been training. I have watched Hayes play in a lot of his Academy games. He is an organising scrum half and plays very similar to the way Sneyd does. He is not a standoff and a Sneyd/Hayes combination wouldn`t be ideal.

We will use Williams money to replace Williams though right? If we are replacing him with an overseas player we would need to find an additional £50k on our cap - which doesn't seem too much of a stretch?

| The club said they're not interested in big boppers but apparently made a play for Papali'i, So that's a contradiction. I don't get why we wouldn't be after one, doesn't have to be a 10 min big bopper, but you do get big guys that play decent minutes. If we don't want a big bopper we still 100% need a bigger more powerful pack. When we were looking at matty Lees etc that really isn't the answer. I get you can't just sign who you want, but why do we continually get knocked back by props. And everyone else seems to be able to find them,

| Little snippets iv heard, Willams is going at the end of the year writing is on the wall for that one. Tai is leaving, apparently we will be looking to bring in two new signings to replace. Fitzpatrick was pushing the Charnley deal through but a prominent figure in the club point blank refused and threatened to walk if he went over his head with it, no disrespect to Josh the individual is wanting our youth of the club to be used more.
